MedsManager Golden Ticket Sweepstakes

 Participation. To participate in the sweepstakes, a person must possess at  least one limited edition MedsManager Challenge Coin. Each limited  edition MedsManager Challenge Coin will have a number laser-etched on the back at the factory. The coin and its number represent one's entry into  the sweepstakes, and remains valid throughout the entirety of the  sweepstakes. (In other words, valid drawing after drawing until it wins  or the promotion is closed).

Purchase Required. Limited edition MedsManager Challenge Coins are available for purchase  from the VICTORY Codeworks Company Store.  To receive a coin, a person  must buy at least one  (and pay any applicable shipping costs required  to receive it). Item pricing may fluctuate.

Roles. Purchasers and bearers may be different persons. One may purchase a coin as a gift for another. The sweepstakes participant is the bearer -- the person who has the coin and can produce it for verification if called upon to do so. A purchaser has no standing unless the purchaser is also the bearer. A person who claims they have won a drawing is a claimant. A person who has been verified as having won a drawing is a winner.

Drawings. Numbers will be drawn randomly, once per month, and displayed on the website for one week. If the person whose coin bears the numbers drawn notifies us within that week (subject to verification and agreement by VICTORY Codeworks, LLC), that person (now called a claimant) may receive one (1) one-year subscription to MedsManager in the form of a license key, transmittable to the bearer electronically. Total prize value is approximately $120 USD.  If a previously drawn number is drawn again, another number will be drawn at random. Each coin (each coin's number) can only win once. A person possessing multiple limited edition MedsManager Challenge Coins may win once per coin they possess. 

Verification. A claimant may  be asked to provide proof of possession of the limited edition  MedsManager Challenge Coin which bears the serial number matching the  number drawn. The claimant may submit an electronic photographic image of the coin, with serial number visible, to sweepstakes [at] victorycodeworks.com. If VICTORY Codeworks believes the claimant has satisfied all requirements for proof, the claimant will become the winner of that drawing.

Eligibility.  Each coin (each coin's number) is eligible to win only once. A person who possesses multiple coins is eligible to win more than once, and may use any license won through the MedsManager Golden Ticket Sweepstakes as they may choose. There is no requirement to register a license in a  winner's name. Employees and affiliates of VICTORY Codeworks, LLC are not eligible to participate in the MedsManager Golden Ticket  Sweepstakes.
